Under the above scheme the unit will be attended Four times for scheduled preventive maintenance Contract which includes Two Wet & Two dry services.Any other complaint (Noise Problem/water leakage/ac not working properly) would be attended whenever complaint is registered during the contract period. Any complaint other than above which requires replacement of spare parts would be done on additional charges.

Special chemical wash if required would be done on chargeable basis on client’s request & the rates will depend on the tonnage of the machine.

We also undertake AMC (Annual Maintenance contract) & CMC (Comprehensive maintenance contract) for all types of Air conditioners. We believe in providing quality services by putting in the best efforts to maintain your air conditioners.

Aircare has executed projects for different categories:

Under the above scheme the unit will be attended totally four times for scheduled preventive maintenance including two wet service & two dry services.

• In this services:- cleaning of filter, checking operation of the controls of air conditioners such as selector switch, thermostats, relays, remote control, PCB Circuits etc.
• Checking airflow through the supply air grill, return air grill, condensers.
• Checking operation of the driver motor & fans.
• Checking air temperature at the following location:-
  • Supply air grill
  • Return air grill
  • Condenser inlet
  • Condenser Outlet
• Any other complaint (like noise/water leakage/ac not working) would be attended to a maximum numbers of times during the contract period.
• Special chemical Jetwash if required would be done on chargeable basis on client’s request
• Repairing of Outdoor Fan Motors, Indoor Fan Motors,Gas Charging & PCB Circuits In case any parts are not repairable then it has to be replaced on chargeable basis.

Excluded Parts:-

• Compressor,Plastic Items/Front Gill Assy/Panel, Air Filter, Sheet Metal Parts, Cooling Coil,& Condensor Coil, Remote Control Handset(if damaged by droping), Voltage Stabilizer & Scanners, Main Circuit Breakers if faulty is not covered in CMC
• Thermocol Parts if damage due to site conditions,(rats & insects) are not covered in CMC
• Any Accidental Damages & Natural Calamaties are not covered in CMC
